Emergency Relief Centre Training

Emergency Relief Centres (ERC’s) provide immediate and basic services to people affected by an emergency.

During this training you will be exposed to two award winning Recovery Managers who have first-hand experience in the successful planning, activation and operation of ERC’s. Participants will be provided with best practice techniques that align with relevant legislation to provide the best outcomes for communities.

Delivery method

This training is delivered face to face and online and uses reality-based training, simulations, practical scenarios and problem-based learning where lived experiences are shared to enhance participants learning experience. During our training we share real life experiences, combined with best practice research, to ensure participants are provided with current information, strategies and ideas.
