It is a requirement under AS 3745 – 2010 to run at least 1 full evacuation exercise for your building/workplace/organisation each year.
Evacuation drills:
- Test Emergency Management Plans & Procedures
- Ensure staff are familiar with their emergency exits and escape routes
- Ensure staff with emergency management roles are confident to perform their duties
At the conclusion of the evacuation drill, a complete debrief will be conducted with all staff involved and a report will be provided outlining potential improvements.
Why chose us?
Our training is based on best practice initiatives using the Australian Standards 3745-2010 and 4083-2010, combined with our unique and extensive experiences within the emergency management sector.
We have first-hand emergency management experience in a wide variety of roles with Emergency Response Agencies, Local Government and industry.
Our training is delivered in a non-threating environment, where the objective is to share learnings, gain new ideas and develop new approaches in a safe environment that allows you to build your skills and confidence to deliver amazing outcomes.
Many professional staff are not involved in disaster management in their day – to – day work. For everybody to contribute effectively in an emergency, it is important to include disaster management in annual training programs and/or organisational professional development.
