Internal Operations Coordination Centres (IOCC) are a crucial component of coordinating resources during an emergency. A well run IOCC means better outcomes for your organisation and the community.
During this training course you will be exposed to the benefits of a functioning IOCC for your organisation during an emergency, how to select appropriate staff and effectively manage information and requests whilst aligning with the Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System (AIIMS).

Delivery method
This training is delivered face to face and uses reality-based training, simulations, practical scenarios, case studies and problem-based learning where lived experiences are shared to enhance participants learning experience. During our training we share real life experiences, combined with best practice research, to ensure participants are provided with current information, strategies and ideas.
