Emergency Workplace Response (Warden) Training

In the event of an emergency, Wardens must be trained to respond confidently, follow instructions, and make sound decisions to protect the safety of staff and visitors.

This practical course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to carry out the responsibilities of a Warden effectively during all phases of an emergency. From initial response to safe evacuation, participants will be prepared to act with confidence and clarity when it matters most.

Delivery method

This training is delivered face to face and uses reality-based training, simulations, practical scenarios, case studies and problem-based learning where lived experiences are shared to enhance participants learning experience. During our training we share real life experiences, combined with best practice research, to ensure participants are provided with current information, strategies and ideas.
