Command and Control for Workplace Emergencies (Chief Warden) Training

In the event of an emergency, Chief Wardens must be equipped to respond decisively and responsibly to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors.

This course empowers participants with the knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence needed to effectively carry out the responsibilities of a Chief Warden before, during, and after an emergency. Participants will learn how to assess risks, follow emergency procedures, and make fast, informed decisions to protect lives and maintain order.

Delivery method

This training is delivered face to face and uses reality-based training, simulations, practical scenarios, case studies and problem-based learning where lived experiences are shared to enhance participants learning experience. During our training we share real life experiences, combined with best practice research, to ensure participants are provided with current information, strategies and ideas.
